Biography:

Will Tabb is a Santa Cruz native who graduated (1997) from Bedrock High where he was a three year varsity starter for Robert Dobbs. He earned All-League honors his junior and senior years. One of his first high school baseball memories was hitting four home runs in one game. He also played baseball for two years during his time at Bedrock University.

    • 3 year Varsity player in Baseball and Basketball
    • All Washington-Metro Area player in both sports.

    • Played both baseball and basketball
    • Baseball team advanced to the College World Series in 1989, finishing #3 in the Nation.

DONNIE BRANCH

Varsity Head Coach / Varsity Defensive Coordinator

• Hometown: Anniston, Alabama
• Education: B.S. in Health and Physical Education from University of
  North  Alabama
  M.Ed. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Troy State University
• School System Position: Coach Branch is the In-School Suspension Lead Teacher at LaGrange High School.
• College Sports Experience: 4-year letterman in baseball
• Coaching Experience:
  1984 - 1986 - Wheeler County High School (Alamo, GA)
  1986 - Present - LaGrange High School
• Other Coaching Responsibilities at LHS: Retired a head baseball coach in 2012 after having won numerous region championships and the 2004 AAA State Championship.
• Family: Coach Branch is married to the former Angie McElroy of Arab, AL. Angie teaches first grade at Franklin Forest Elementary. Their son, Derek, 24, is a senior at Columbus State University. He also serves as a community coach for the Northside High School Baseball Team. Their daughter, Allison, 19, is a Sophomore at The University of Georgia.
